Dane County Parks has completed a draft Master Plan for Indian Lake County Park and Halfway Prairie Wildlife Area located in the northwestern part of Dane County, Wisconsin. The planning process included an inventory of significant cultural, historical, and natural features, two public information meetings, and an online input survey to determine draft future land management and park development recommendations that were arrived at through a consensus building process.

A public information meeting will be held to review draft plan recommendations and gather public input on Tuesday, September 26, 7:00 p.m. at the Lussier Family Heritage Center, 3101 Lake Farm Rd, Madison, WI 53711. A virtual participation option will be available on this webpage – preregistration required. A recording will also be available on this webpage.
