Ribbon Cutting at Badger Prairie County Park

Join the Dane County Parks for a ribbon cutting celebration at Badger Prairie County Park to celebrate a new playground and accessibility enhancements.

The project significantly enhances access to one of Dane County’s popular community park destinations by replacing the existing playground and integrating accessible walkways that connect the new play area with the renovated restroom, parking facilities, and shelter. These enhancements are designed to facilitate easier movement throughout the park for families, caregivers, and visitors of all abilities, thereby enriching their overall experience. 

The restroom building was also remodeled for better accessibility and adult changing tables were installed.
