Spring Equinox Women's Wellness Workshop

Join the Friends of Schumacher Farm to honor the shift in seasons in a simple, meaningful way. These gatherings are a gentle invitation for women to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to themselves. No experience is needed - this is a chance to breathe, connect, and create alongside a community of women doing the same. Space is limited for each workshop; registration is required. Spring Equinox: $35 per person We’ll begin with a guided meditation and sound bath to help you relax and settle. Afterward, you’ll blend your own herbal tea to take home and create a floral wreath designed to dry beautifully and last beyond the season. We’ll also spend a little time setting intentions as we welcome what’s next.
