Line Dancing Lessons at Schumacher Farm Park

Join the Friends of Schumacher Farm for Line Dance Lessons! These common dances are popular at weddings and other events. Have you ever been afraid to step onto the dance floor because you don't know the dance? Solve that problem and join us for lessons to learn the basic steps. It's not just country music! Possible dances that could be covered in the classes are the Cowboy Charleston, Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide, Jo 'n' Jo's Tango, My Ladies Rumba, Samba Line, Shortenin' Bread, Twist 'Em, Wagon Wheel Rock, and Waltz Across Texas. Lessons are 7-8 pm on Mondays in the Center for Rural History (new barn with the blue/yellow/white barn quilt). $10 per person, per class. Register for as many or as few classes as you like.
