Halloween at the Farm

Wander the farmyard filled with storytellers, a witch's house, fortune tellers, games and crafts, marshmallow roasting, and balloon artists. Do a jig with the Waunakee High School Fiddle Band and stay for the Magician's show in the rustic, historic barn. Get your face painted or a temporary tattoo in the Center for Rural History, and take a wagon ride through the farm fields filled with spooky characters. The entire park will be decorated for this rain or shine event, and most attendees are young families with school-aged children. Tickets are available upon entry, and All proceeds will go toward the Friends of Schumacher Farm for projects like prairie restoration, educational workshops, community events, and much more.
