Event Description
Restoration Workday at Prairie Moraine
Join Prairie Moraine Friends (PMF) and DCP staff as they work on invasive weeds at Prairie Moraine Dog Park during a park closure date. Volunteers will be using parsnip predators and other hand tools to remove wild parsnip, burdock, and other invasive weeds along trail side edges and in the prairies. This work is necessary to control weed species from spreading to other locations within the park, and keeps our Wisconsin habitats healthy!
