Monarch Conservation Workshop at Schumacher - FREE!

Master Gardener Gae Bergmann will talk about the life of a Monarch butterfly and conservation efforts. Attendees will learn about the Monarch life cycle, why milkweed is necessary to that cycle, Monarch rearing efforts, and how to make their property a more inviting habitat to butterflies. After the workshop, we will search for Monarch eggs and caterpillars around the farmyard gardens and along prairie edges.
