We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice as the sun sets over the prairie—perfect for all levels. After movement, we’ll take time for quiet reflection and setting simple intentions, followed by a chance to connect with others in a welcoming circle. Enjoy a refreshing herbal mocktail as you unwind and take in the beauty of the season. This is a space to slow down, breathe deep, and care for yourself—no pressure, no performance. Just presence, nature, and community.
