North Mendota Prairie Unit Wildlife Area

The 63-acre North Mendota Prairie Unit Wildlife Area consists of expansive prairie restoration that offers excellent hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing opportunities.  Limited pheasant and waterfowl hunting may occur. A future segment of the North Mendota shared-use trail is planned to be developed adjacent to the CTH M corridor.  A small natural surface parking lot is available on CTH M on the east side of the property.
