By Water & By Land, Let's All Lend a Hand Clean Up Event

Rock River Coalition, Ball Corp, and River Network are excited to host a week long cleanup event to help the communities we live, work, and play in, right here in the Rock River Basin! This cleanup is taking place over the week of August 1-7, 2021, in your local communities as well as in Fort Atkinson.

You will have the entire week from August 1-6 to collect trash and recycling, and vie for prizes, using the Litterati App on your electronic device. That's right, you can collect trash right where you live, from the comfort of your own community! Simply login with the code given (after registration) and get started! Competitive? See who can collect the most among your friends and family. Everyone is invited! Would you rather hit the lakes and rivers in your personal watercraft? Great, we would love that too! Same thing goes, use the Litterati App on your personal electronic device to record any and all trash you collect while helping protect local waterways! Interested in meeting like minded individuals, while getting outside and helping the environment?

Join us in person on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Ralph Park to collect trash and recycling in downtown Fort Atkinson! Supplies will be provided, just simply bring yourself, a good attitude, appropriate weather related clothing, and a mask if you'd like. Afterwards, enjoy food, music, fun and community! This event will take place rain or shine!
